The weather was very cooperative. It was a sunny day with temperatures in the high 40's and low 50's. There was a wide selection of boy scout troops represented, as well as Penn State Altoona, United JROTC, and a few folks from Pittsburgh and the surrounding area. We even had one of the SVO members drop in. There was a larger than usual number of competitors on the Score courses - this was a good development; frequently only the white and yellow courses are well attended.
