Surprisingly many people came to the meet considering the weather. The day included a high temperature of 40F, continuous rain, and 15 to 25 mph winds. Those who did brave the conditions seemed to have a good time, although they did not stay around too long after finishing - they needed to find some place warm.

The participants were, for the most part, from Charleroi girl scout troop 4001 and from IUP. Both groups indicated interest in future meets; but we will not have another local meet until March. Hopefully, some of them will come back then.
